Victoria Derrington Balser Nov 7, 1930 - Nov 20, 1967

Based on obituary of Charles Royal in 1949, Victoria maybe the daughter of his sister, Mrs. Frances (Royal) Derrington of Lafayette, Indiana. In his obituary Mrs. Frances Derrington was listed as a surviving sister1.
