Personal Information:

Anne Campbell was born 16 Dec 1805 in Pennsylvania (prob. Shamokin twp, Northumberland County)2. She was the daughter of James Campbell and Sarah Hoffman.   

She married Samuel Reeder. It appears that this couple remained in Northumberland County throughout their lives. Anne died on 12 Mar 18713. On 3 Feb 1881 Samuel Reeder executed his will4. He listed six surviving children in his will: Williamina, intermarried with David Reeder, James C. Reeder, Sarah intermarried with Christian Tietsworth, Samuel W. Reeder, Robert M. Reeder and Mary C. intermarried with Theodore Pensyl. He also left a bequest  of $100 to Theodor Pensyl and Mary Catherine his wife, for caring for his grand daughter Melissa Reeder during her last illness. Samuel died on 8 Apr 1882. He was buried by his wife in Sharp Ridge Methodist Cemetery, Mayberry twp, Montour County, Pennsylvania.
